Dicamba is linked to liver cancer and Non-Hodgkin lymphoma and has been ordered off the market twice by courts due to its drift problems, which can damage crops for miles around.
Critics say the EPA is allowing Bayer to regulate itself, and the agency's top four toxics office positions are currently held by former chemical industry leaders.
